i was checking everywhere i could think of to find out if Fraser had ever killed anyone in the line of duty before. i almost submitted it for the "naive fraser' challenge, but thought i'd beaten that challenge to the molecular level...

and it had to have a happy ending - after the death story just before, i needed it!
