I have to admit I was dismayed at their attitudes. The nieces and nephews know they are usually allowed to watch the X-Files at my house, but they also know there are certain episodes they don't get to watch. I try to keep an eye on things, and was amazed that the folks at work didn't seem to mind it in the least.
