Never could read the books, myself, though everyone around me was raving about them, but I did enjoy the first movie (haven't seen the second, so I guess I'll never be a LotR fanatic).
HOWEVER--
The story is about Fraser and Ray, and in that capacity I enjoyed it a lot. They are wonderful characters who have their own successes, failures and quests, in a much less expansive arena, with less opaque language than the denizens of middle earth, and you captured them with love, for which I thank you. Nicely done.
