This is so nice! I love how Ray really, really likes the letter jacket. And Ray's jealousy of the new Ray. And, aw, how Fraser's habit of turning in his own kind gets him into trouble even here (when he thought he'd be staying, oh). Thanks, now I want to bake him cookies or give him a kitten or something.

It feels so incomplete, though -- I want to read more about this universe, see it fleshed out a bit.
