I suppose -- I suppose I am addicted to the idea of a connection that pushes people to do what they would otherwise never dream of doing. What Ray feels for Fraser is not enough to make him stop. Vecchio's friendship with Fraser is not enough to make him stop. And yet there is an inertia there, too -- making the final break is so hard.
