This is umm, also, the best feedback ever! Seriously, this made my day! I'm so glad all those different elements came together for you, and that Button worked on her own. I actually did NOT know about CKR's stint on Forever Knight, but thank you for telling me! I think this story came about 50% because I get hormonal or something ridiculous when I imagine Ray being all paternal and calling someone Button (which I'm sure was not at all the context of FV, but it makes me happy anyway). *g*

I'm working on something else now (a crossover with my main fandom), but it's a RayK POV so it should lay out nicely, and there will be porn. ;)
