Yes, Fraser is indeed a woobie. But it's okay. He's got Ray, and when they're feeling sad (and they always seem to be sad in my stories) they have hot off-screen boysex to cheer themselves up. My trick at writing poignancy? End before the hot boysex. Then it's "poignant" instead of, um, lazy. Because I don't do so well with the sex-writing.
