Tears in my eyes, here, for all of them. Just--it's so vivid, and I can't say I entirely get all of it, but this is a wonderful piece of writing. Very imaginative rewriting of the Victoria thing. I kind of get an F/K/V feeling from this--like you're saying that Kowalski is somehow needed to heal the rift between Fraser and Vecchio after the whole Victoria thing. Or maybe it's just me wanting all three of them together. *g*

Kowalski as a fallen angel is heartbreaking. And I'm wondering what happens to him at the end? Is he left drifting without a body, like Victoria was? *worries about Kowalski*

Also, I kind of hate the capricious Higher Being(s) here.
