ADMIN: Spooked challenge

It's that time of year, time for ghoulies and beasties and things that go bump. Time, in fact, for the Spooked challenge. It doesn't have to be Halloween-themed: spooking of all varieties -- spies, ghosts, fraidy cats -- are all fair game. Whatever takes your fancy.

It's October 18 -- stories are due by midnight, November 1, Chicago time.
