So here's the thing: I don't think I even meant this to be a RayK/Stella tale. I definitely didn't mean for it to come out as distressing as it did. I am utterly enamoured by the idea of young Ray, though, and I had to explore this aspect of his life. I am, however, deeply involved in writing an utterly different submission for this challenge, much more NC-17 and much less Stella. Had to get this one out first, though. It's over limit, of course (1330 words). Here you go:

'Tis BrooklineGirl again, and can you tell I didn't get much done at work today? At least, not much that they pay me to do. But from the moment I finished the sad RayK/Stella tale, I was just inundated with images of 17-year-old, trying-to-be-a-bad-boy RayK. I'm cheating madly here, because I went way, way over the word limit. Here's part 1, 1108 words. There's part 2 waiting in the wings, just needs a little bit more work. Don't hate me when you get to the end of this part, there is more to come.
