Paint Challenge - by Marcella Polman
Feb. 8th, 2006 11:33 amThis is the most difficult story I wrote so far. Next time I’ll think twice (trice) before I decide on a Turnbull pov in a NC-17 rated fic. Man, did I underestimate the amount of time, effort and words it would take to get the guy up so high – and to cure him of his vertigo.
In explanation of the timely posting of this story, I confess that I started writing it weeks ago. Reading the suggestion Sageness posted to the previous challenge, I made an educated guess that there was a Paint Challenge in the offing. Well, actually I thought the idea was too good not to become an official dare and I would have fiercely kicked Cesperanza in the head if she hadn’t announced it as such (with all due respect and apologies afterwards, of course).
Title: Aquarelle
Pairing: Turnbull/Fraser
Rating: NC-17
Size: roughly 7800 words (pfff)
Current mood: exhausted
( Aquarelle )
