Aiieee! That's right. Even if the Consulate could be termed a dwelling since Fraser lives there, that pesky welcome would make it easy. What vampire wouldn't want Fraser? He probably has the purest blood in Chicago.
Adored this and particularly this line:

He's having hysterics in his head, but Ray is still all over taking care of Fraser. I always enjoy stories where Ray is intelligent and competent too.
