Completely believable. Didn't Vecchio offer to let Fraser kill Gerrard in revenge and call it self-defense?
The story has a lot of typos, missing periods most of all, which I found distracting. And the last line I think needs to be recast for clarity. I read it several times before I figured out that Vecchio wasn't asking Jimmy to deliver another package, but rather that Vecchio was waiting for confirmation that the other "package" (Fraser) had been delivered safe to Whitehorse before the contract on Victoria could be carried out.
Still and all, this is powerful and believable and it has the ring of poetic justice, too. I would love to see the scenes between RayK and Fraser on the trip and in Canada, too. It would be interesting to see what reasons RayK would come up with for accompanying Fraser, whether he'd be able to lie to him forever about the incident, and what would happen if Fraser found out.
