Maybe his brother has something to do with it? If Ray's older than his brother, it makes sense he'd be the one to inherit the house... the only thing as far as I'm aware that we know of his bro is that Ray and him used to take baths together when they were kids (from Hawk and a Handsaw) and there's no evidence to suggest they don't get on so....
