ADMIN POST: Curtainfic Challenge

This one comes to us from cmshaw, and I'm bumping it up the queue of challenges because it strikes me that we might want something fairly versatile this time around (masturbation being a pretty specific challenge.) (And please do continue to suggest challenges--no idea too weird!) (Most ideas not too weird, anyway.)
