Hmmm, very interesting story! I liked the structure a lot, and you posed a really interesting question for the readers: is Fraser's "power" real, or does he simply have an enormous capacity to feel responsible for everything, good and bad, that happens to the people around him? It's a neat question, and I liked the way you explored some of those complexities in the story. I hope you'll return to this concept some day - it's such a terrific premise to use in exploration of Fraser's complicated relationship with ethics and accountability.
