Diefenbaker has the right idea: stupid, meddlesome Higher Beings (add some more muttering about predestination here). I'm glad that Fraser finally comes around to agreeing with him out loud.
And I, too, am amused by the thought that they're still trying to keep up the "No, really, this is Detective Vecchio" scam.
