Feets, don't fail me now! This one comes as a suggestion from LauraKaye, who suggested that we take a look downward and have ourselves a footwear challenge.
The object of the game here is to write a story that in some way describes, turns upon, focuses or features the footwear of the various characters. Obviously, much has been made about Fraser's boots, but even Fraser's been spotted wearing sneakers and mukluks and hiking boots and such, so everyone think outside the shoebox, ok?

It's Friday morning by my watch--stories are due next Friday before midnight.

another challenge idea:

write a story that is entirely made of complete sentences taken from other people's stories. (obviously, this would only work in flashfiction, as the biblios would get too long)

see? it's a twofer: it's a story and recs, if people go and read the stories the sentences came from.

So I was thinking about Chicago Holiday and realized that the canon has a built in challenge:

Christina: What were you running away from?

Fraser: Oh, it was a very tortured scenario. It invlolved a goldmine, a boomerang and a tank full of gasoline. It's all ancient history though.

So the a new challenge idea would be- Write out that tortured scenerio.
