Just for clarification... if it's unseen, then what qualifies as public? Like, behind a cubicle wall? What if they're in a store, but it's closed? Do there have to be people around, or does it just have to be a place where it's feasible that people might be around, whether or not they are at the moment?

Sorry for the fussiness. I'll do anything not to write my project at this point.
