Cheating (sort of) on my own challenge: I should be punished!

It Was A Dark And Stormy Night
by Beth H.
(c) April 2004

*******

On any other night, Ray would've thought twice - and then said no - about blowing his partner in a public place.

But it was a cold, drizzling 3:00 a.m. when the only people crazy enough to be outside were him and his partner, the park they'd been walking through was nowhere near the 2-7, and . . .

...Fraser'd asked.

He'd asked.

So Ray got down on his knees, mud soaking through the fabric of his jeans, unzipped Fraser's fly, and nuzzled, kissed, stroked, licked, and sucked at his partner's cock until Fraser, legs trembling, buried his cry of completion in Ray's damp hair.

*******

It was so romantic. She hadn't walked in the rain with a boyfriend for years - not since she and Ray were teenagers.

When he'd arrived to get her earlier, he had flowers. When was the last time someone brought her flowers? She'd received expensive bouquets from Frank, but Stella knew they'd been ordered by his aide.

They were about to turn down the path that led to the pond, when out of the corner of her eye, Stella caught sight of . . . oh, for God's sake.

"Ray?"

"Yeah, babe?"

"I think I'm going . . . coming down with something. Let's head home."

*******

Bracing!

Another man might have characterized the weather as miserable, but Turnbull believed in maintaining a positive attitude in all things.

He also believed in taking wolf-minding responsibilities very seriously, so when he awoke at 2:00 a.m. to the sound of distressed lupine and discovered that Constable Fraser had yet to return, well . . . there was nothing for it but that he take Diefenbaker for a long walk to a little park he knew.

He'd just suggested they return to the Consulate when Diefenbaker began to whine.

"What is it, boy?"

Turnbull looked in the direction Diefenbaker was facing.

"Oh . . . my!"

*******

"Dammit! I lost him!" Huey panted. "Did you . . . see which way . . . he went?"

Dewey shook his head, still trying to catch his breath. "I'm telling you, the lieutenant's got it in for us. Sending us all the way across town when it's pissing down like this. It's not even our damned case!"

"We said we'd fill in for Kowalski and Fraser."

"Yeah, but we thought we'd be inside eating Frannie's ravioli. What'd they have going on tonight anyway?"

But Huey was staring at some point over Dewey's shoulder.

Dewey followed his stare, then turned back to his partner.

"Looks fun."

Well aren't you the set-challenges-for-yourself-to-the-delectation-and-delight-of-others one! My goodness. How clever, how challenging, and how fucking brilliant.

Looks fun.
And without another word, Dewey sank to his knees and unzipped Huey's trousers. Hell, he was as good as Vecchio; better, actually, he told himself.
Huey had no complaints, as things turned out.

Love it!

Oh, hee. I loved this. Variant on Murphy's Law, eh? [grin]

And Huey/Dewey is a paring that doesn't get nearly enough recognition. [nods solemnly]

ROFLMAO!!

And Huey...who knew?

I don't think you cheated, dear. But I do think that if Fraser and Ray weren't out to their friends, they're gonna have a lot of 'splainin' to do. *G*

Yep, I'd say morning roll call at the 27th is going to be pretty entertaining And one hopes Dewey has more stamina than a one liner...

Ha! This was really, really funny.

Stella caught sight of . . . oh, for God's sake.

I love Stella's reaction. "Oh, great. There's my ex-husband blowing his male partner in a public park. Oh, well." She's so unflappable.

Very clever to write this in four drabbles. *g* Great job. They're all very good. And fun, too.

Thanks for cheering me up. I wasn't sad, exactly, just feeling blah.

A little F/K smut, a wacky setup, and some early morning revelations--that hit the spot. Thank you kindly, m'dear.
