Yes, because when [livejournal.com profile] brooklinegirl isn't herself on crack, she's the cause of crack in others. Basically, this challenge is inspired by BLG's reportage of the DVD commentaries for the new Season 4 discs, which include this gem:
Apparently, at one point, Dean McDermott really wanted Paul to write an episode all about Turnbull's love for cheese. Dude. Someone should write that. For reals.
She's right: somebody should write that--for reals! And I think I actually have the powah to make Dean McDermott's dream come true! So--go!--write a story whose main theme or subplot or whatever deals with Turnbull's love for cheese. Just get the cheese in there somewhere! Godspeed!

Today is Saturday, October 22rd; stories will be due Saturday, November 5th at midnight.

Okay, so lately i have been thinking a whole lot about your favorite subject -- ie, Fraser's mommy. I think it would be awesome to either have a specific "Fraser's mother" challenge or even a more general "mothers/motherhood" challenge.

Yeah, yeah, cheese, ok, have fun. But hold up! There are DVDs with COMMENTARY?! How do I not know this? I just got seasons 2-4 (can't find 1, but I will! And who in h*** packaged them, moron!)! There are new ones?!

*sighs* Ok, I'm calm now. I'm going to bed.

So, now I am concerned for your mental health, Ces, as well as Brooklinegirl's.
::shakes head sadly::
::goes off to consider Turnbull on a bagel, with cream cheese::

That is exactly what I did. I even thought about writing something based on Cruse of the Wererabbit. Hah.

*looks at challenge*

*cries*

How crazy is it that I already had a half formed fic in my head that could so, so easily fit this challenge? HOW CRAZY? No, on second thought, don't tell me; I don't think I can handle the truth.

Can I just say that this is beautiful? Because it really, really is. I may cry.
