Is there any chance of having Amnesty at another time of year as well? Some time when nothing much else is going on, for instance? Like, Surprise Amnesty when there's a fallow period?

Because I always want to participate, yet I commit to too much other writing at this time of year to do this as well. I know I could write something ahead and hold it, but I also know I'm not likely to want to hold back something that's completed. I dunno, just a thought.
