ADMIN: Bullet challenge

Write a story involving a bullet. It might be set on the shooting range, in a bank or in a hospital, in the wilds of Canada or the back alleys of Chicago. Before it leaves a gun, after it enters a body or when it shoots off in the wrong direction entirely.

It's August 11 (just!) -- stories are due by midnight, August 25, Chicago time.
