Wow, it's been a long time since I posted a flashfic here. What can I say -- the topic yodeled for me.
And it's a songfic, God help me.

When I get older, losing my hair
– Frase, that just won't be!
Hush, and listen to me while I have my say–

Once I'm decrepit, aging and bald,
And my bones all creak,
Will you still need me–
– What, are you stupid?
Fraser, you're a freak!

– Well, if you're not too weird

I'll still be useful standing on guard–
–Heh! Maintain the right?
Taking walks with Diefenbaker, helping friends,
–You mean 'meddling' while I make amends.

Helping policemen, digging up clues,
– Shyeah, they'll sure be thrilled!
Will you still need me, will you still feed me?
– Not if you get killed.

Every summer we can make a trek up north and try to locate
Franklin's outstretched hand.
– Have to kill me first.
Now, Ray! You know that we'll have fun!
– Your "fun" is the worst.

– Like Vecchio?
What?
