New Challenge: Video Games

Video Games! Are the characters playing one? Talking trash over Mario Cart? Or maybe they got zapped into one?

Does anyone have a preference which days the challenge posts will go up and when they close? I was thinking that Sunday at midnight on Chicago time (UTC-6) would be better than the middle of the week. Let me know what you think in the comments.

For now, this challenge will end in TWO weeks, on February 8 at midnight. Please tag your entries with 'video game challenge'. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I agree with you about standardizing to Sundays at midnight Chicago time (12:00 AM CST).

As I wasn't around when this comm was last active and it's been long enough that this feels like a fresh start anyway: are we doing due South only, or is Canadian 6 Degrees also fair game?

Also: thank you for modding! I didn't realize you were planning more than a one-off thing. :)

I had to look up what C6D was, although I've seen it around before (mostly on the Big Bang).

I don't object to that, but I'll have to talk to the mods (since I'm not technically a mod at the moment). Maybe post updated rules. Thanks for the suggestion!

ETA: I wasn't planning on it, but given the interest it generated, and a request, I thought maybe I'd try?
