About the Author: Kathleen Fraser-Kowalski is a wilderness guide and teacher in her home town of Inuvik, NT. She is not married, since no-one as yet has wanted to take on her family of fourteen dogs. Her greatest influences, she says, were her parents, RCMP Sergeant Benton Fraser (ret.) and Ray Kowalski; who taught her that anything is possible with perseverance, and that clean sparkplugs are happy sparkplugs. Never Follow a Man Off a Cliff is her first novel.
