I'm a little obsessed with pre-series right now. Gen -- Buck, wee!Ben, and Bob, after Caroline's murder. I'll err on the side of caution and say R for angst. 2148 words.

Better late than never but oh, it was a winter of challenges, was it not? This one, like all the other seasonal challenges, is over. Ring Out the Challenge Challenge; you can find the nine entries here.

New challenge coming right up.

This one came to me in the car; the minute I got inside I dashed to the laptop to write it down. It makes me chuckle; I hope it does you, too. 100 words: Cards )

Author's Note: I started this twice, poor me. It's such a hardship to imagine Ray/Ray. I'm a little over the limit, but I'm hoping you'll forgive me. I couldn't not write for the challenge and this was the only thing done in time. It's... just over the wire on time, too. *sigh* Just can't win this week.

NC-17. Ish. 1493 words.

This is for the Challenge challenge, and is also a sequel to my last flashfiction, Favor, which was for the Naked Without Sex challenge.

(I'm planning a gratuitous andthentheyhadsex coda: I’ll post on [livejournal.com profile] ds_noticeboard when it’s done.)

F/K, 894 words, PG.

Bushels and barrelfuls of thanks to [livejournal.com profile] serialkarma for her patient and wonderful beta services.

Would you make a jump like that if you didn't have to? )

A short scene for the 'Challenge challenge'. Unbetaed, written by an EFL speaker. Britishisms and grammar mistakes - please ignore?

From the brilliant queue, aka [livejournal.com profile] qe2: What about a Challenge challenge? All three of the major men in this series are demonstrably competitive, IMO. With themselves as well as with one another, which could be interesting. And most of the secondary characters have equally strong senses of their own rightness. How true!

So queue's basically challenging you to challenge THEM, to give them a challenge, have them challenge each other. Throw down that gauntlet, baby!

You have until Monday, December 20th at midnight.
